Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is very different from counseling.  In coaching we will work to identify the specific goals you would like to achieve in your career. We will identify the barriers to your goals and explore strategies to overcome these.  We will spend time understanding your strengths as a leader and ways in which we can employ these in the interest of achieving your desired outcomes.  

Specifically we will focus on:

Improving emotional intelligence

Enhancing strategic thinking

Increasing executive presence

Refining communication skills

Boosting credibility with peers and managers

And demonstrating greater influence

The process will be focused on heightening your awareness along with learning tangible actions to create measurable results. This work will proceed over several meetings and will be a process of discovery, development, and transformation. You will become aware of the specific behaviors and patterns of thinking that are holding you back from reaching your potential.
